$96/Month on Medium In 2022
Expectations meet reality
2021 was my first full year on medium. It was an amazing year to be a writer on medium — probably not the best year, but still amazing.
New as I was to the platform, I managed to average about $92/month from my articles on the platform thanks to the surprise bonuses that we got mid-way through that year.
If we are talking specifics, my lowest earning month that year was in April when I made $15.15, and my highest month was October with $310.79 that month.
But that was in 2021.
Things were a lot more predictable than they are/ have been in 2022.
In 2021, I had strategies around maximizing my success by utilizing publications and curation. Add that to the fact that $150 of the $1105.27 I made that entire year was just bonus money. I technically didn’t work for it.
All this helped me to continuously work towards increasing my success on this platform.
By the way, when I say “success”, I am really talking about money here as it is one of the most convenient indicators of what is working and what is not working, plus, your boy needs that bread...
