Choosing to love yourself is a journey. Good on you for choosing YOU and not society's expectations. You are the Shannon fucking Ashley...an inspiration to many people now and in the future. I'll go cliché for a second and say that a rose remains a rose even when trampled on the ground. You have struggles that you aren't letting define who you are and that's really brave and cool. As you walk your journey, you will never be alone as we shall all be supporting you in some way.
