I hope Gwen got a job from that call back. This story is amazing. From the read, both of you are equally ambitious even though you started at different points in life. For you, your vanlife stories and world experiences are littered with ambition and the constant reality of pursuing what makes you happy which is amazing. It's safe to say that you don't lack ambition. Gwen sounds like an amazing friend too(not that you asked for my opinion lol) with a lot of ambition. Probably the reason you both connect and have connected for over 11 years is because you are equally ambitious.
