It's a book by a local author and former banker called Ivan Balondemu. The book is titled "A Letter to My Sons, 21 Years and Above." It discusses how men should have proper relationships with women, especially during marriage. He also has a similar one for girls but I haven't found that one yet. I don't think it's available online. I only found one copy.
